Fox News anchor thinks we need "another 9/11" to "unite America". WHAT?!?!?!?
John Gibson, a Fox News anchor, mocked Jon Stewart ’s post 9/11 return to air as phony and disingenuous, then wondered aloud if what we need is "another 9/11" to set things right. It’s a new low. Not much lower than the previous low, but it does continue the downward trend in right wing politics.
How about we unite America through peace, compassion, education and tolerance? I know it's a stretch for people who love to hate, but give it a good think over.

1. It may be a partisan site, but it includes an audio clip of the Fox broadcast as evidence. I'm not sure how providing evidence for a claim is left or right wing.. nice try.

You've taken this and have placed it totally out of context, but that's not surprising, considering the web site that you've produced as your source of proof.
The fact is, that America is very divided and dangerously so. Like it or not, 9/11 did unite this country until the conspiracy nuts and hate mongers came along. I'm certainly not advocating another 9/11 and doubt that anyone in their right mind would. However, I can easily see where he's coming from.
