Do you care about the lyrics or do you care about the beat only in music?
I'm a lyrical person. So I care about the lyrics the most, but it makes me so annoyed how theres a good beat, and the lyrics suck so much. I also care if the artist, has a good voice and isn't using auto tune. It's used too much.

i appreciate autotune cuz like in punk music, i like the idea that anyone can sing and music is not primarily about having some superior gifted vocal ability like it's the olympics or something..
i am not so much a punk music fan i just like the idea that anyone can sing
i like the way autotune sounds too, like i really like kanye west and his autotune.. like the part in his runaway song.. it's just sort of another instrument in music.
i like to think of autotune in music being like, that type of art or conceptual art where people like to say that it's not art bc it lacks the ability or it's just offensive or something.. i like the whole controversy of it all and seeing what can be accomplished artistically by those things which are not accepted by any traditional or classical sense i guess..
edit: i just found out that kanye isnt using autotune in that one part of the song, it's some other mixing effect but oh well you know what i mean
