How hard is it to carry the trays at Red lobster?

I just got hired as a server for the first time and I am terrified of holding up those heavy trays. Can I do this? Help.

I use to work a restaurant called norms and if you put one side of the tray on your shoulder and your hand underneath close to your Body carrying a large tray is quite simple... even if your not a big strong person
