DULLES, Va.—-Orbital Sciences Corporation , one of the world’s leading space technology companies, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the spacecraft development and manufacturing business of General Dynamics Corporation’s subsidiary, GD Advanced Information Systems.
