Where can I get a digital sound card?

I recently reformatted my computer, and lost my digital soundcard. I used to run on a SoundMax Digital Audio program, but can't seem to find a drier for it. Anyone know of a driver for that, or any other good vitual driver?
Osiris, I tried that one before, but it keeps saying that it can not find my driver.
