Problem tuning tv when in digital mode.?

Tuning Viewpia tv tries to tune from channel 5. When autotune has been completed, only BBC1 available on all channels. Is there an easy way to re-set to autotune properly?

turn off by the switch and pull out the plug, wait for 10 seconds and switch everything back on, if this doesn't work then call the cable, if you are in britain you can call them free on '150'
