Anyone know how to get a refund back for the Toshiba HD DVD?
I bought a Toshiba A3 HD DVD in december at wal-mart for $300 plus tax everything out there is blu-ray now and I read wal-mart and target will no longer carry HD DVD's now Toshiba isn't making HD DVD players anymore or anything else for this player Anyone know how we can get refunds for this???? I am pissed. I'm sure alot of people are pissed.
I work at Walmart Customer Service desk and we have 90 day warranty with the receipt, if you dont have the receipt then there is really nothing you can do except go through the manufactuer. MAke sure you have all the paper work and remote, you really need to have the box, they'll let you go on that. I would return it as soon as u can before your 90 days is up
