How do I contact George Jones to call a soldier leaving for duty?

My son is leaving VERY SOON for airforce active duty. He loves George so much. He has most of his CD's. I would like sooooo much for my son to get a 1 minute HELLO from George to him before he is shipped out. Anyone know how to help me surprise a soldier? Please help me. I have tried for days to find out but no luck. Thank you
