I'm not sure this is exactly what you are looking for, however I can share with you my story.
I come from a family where depression runs from generation to generation. I feel that most of my life I have been depressed as well.
After I gave birth, I had post natal depression. It was so bad that I had sever insomnia for months and I could hardly function at all. I was an emotional wrack.
Looking back that was a very special and meaningful time in my life.
I now know I was given a special opportunity to open up a new stage in my life!
However in order to do so, I needed to overcome myself and find the deepest, most sacred place in me to cry to the heavens that I want something in me to be changed!
All I wanted is for my daughter to feel loved by me. At the time I felt the depression was standing as a huge wall between us.
One night I cried so deeply that I demanded a change!!!
After that night, I very quickly came back to life. Today I'm a wonderful proud mother, I'm surrounded by a great group of friends and I'm busy and active with work for myself and others.
Why am I telling you all this story?
Because I want you to know you can create a change in your life, however you must demand it!!! Even more then that, the reason your challenges are given to you is only because you are able to face them, grow and change.
They are not coincidental at all,since we are a part of an upper governing system, which leads us into realizing its brilliance. Often we need to be pushed a fair bit until we do....
A Good way to proceed in this is by finding the right supportive environment or a group of people who go through what you go through.
I have found the studies of kabbalah to be the right environment for me.
Kabbalah is a spiritual science which presents and assists methodically with inner changes.
Today there are a few million people all over the world who study. That's a lot of support all ready and waiting!!!
