I have a Hummer X-II Bluetooth headset for Verizon...?

I have this headset, and in order to connect it to my LG EnV cell phone, it requires some type of authorization code. I can't find the package that would probably have this number. I was wondering if that is some type of generic number, or something that I would need the package for?
