Help with a digital picture key chain-insignia?
I just got a digital picture key chain for christmas, and when I connect it to my mac computer and try to drag and drop pictures into the key chain disk that pops up when I plug it in, it says "This item could not be moved because "Key chain" cannot be modified." Nothing will work, and now I think that it is only compatible with PC's. Is this true, and if not, how can I fix this?

It says in the booklet that Windows Vista or XP is required because the picture viewer on windows is needed. Sorry I don't think you can use it on a mac.
But no worries!!! I have XP and mine still won't work.

Edit: I reconnected mine and it worked! I guess just keep trying...if you're on WinXP
