Who has an Ion USB turntable? I can't make my work with Windows 7.?

Everything is turned on but I get no sound. I unplug the turntable and the sound works fine. Anybody have any ideas?
I downloaded a fix and installed it; now I have no sound. I did have sound with other programs, just not with the turntable, now I have no sound.

mine works fine, i had to upgrade usb driver for windows 7, rest worked fine.
