My pop went to his Rotary Club meeting and they giving out these portable TVS help!?
It's old. It says on the back 2006. It's a jwin 5" portable tv/ radio. The radio works fine but the TV is a blur did they stop giving reception or what?
Yes, tv has switched from analog (NTSC) to digital (ATSC). That JWIN has and analog (ATSC) tuner so it cannot catch the digital broadcasts. I am pretty sure that is why there were giving them out since only the radio portion works.
