Are there any devices that allow me to access Pandora or Slacker radio that are not cell phones?

I want to buy a device for my parents' store that allows them to stream fresh, varied music. A couple of caveats:

1. They don't have internet at the store, so they'd have to depend on a cellular connection.

2. Buying a smartphone with Pandora for them is not a perfect solution because both depend on their cell phones for heavy communication, and they can't be sacrificing that to steam music.

3. I hear satellite radio (Sirius/XM) doesn't work that great indoors.

4. $60/month to stream music from a laptop is out of the question.

My ideal solution would be a Logitech Squeezebox tied to Verizon's network. Alas, this doesn't exist.
The cheap, logical solution here would be to get an iPod for them. Unluckily, they're not technically savvy enough to figure iTunes syncing out, nor are they willing to spend the time to reload their iPod with fresh music.

Slacker G2 portable. That's the only way to play personal internet radio without an internet connection. But, if they aren't savvy enough to manage an iPod, they're going to need some help with this device too. Basically, it requires an internet connection to load the music and how much is loaded to any one station is largely dependent on how much time they spend rating and tweaking their stations. I live in an area where 3G is not available and won't be for a long time. The rest of the planet will by using 10G by then, if not brain chips; so paying for a smartphone plan is not a practical option for me. I can, however, load up my G2 at home and take it out on a boat in the middle of Lake Huron and rock & roll for hours and hours. The last time I checked, the manufacturer had a great sale price on the G2 and they have a free plan or a paid commercial-free plan. One important little tip if you decide to buy one, be sure to buy an A/C charger or the charging dock. The device has to have at least 50% battery charge to refresh stations so if their stations have played out and they want to go to say McDonalds to refresh it over wi-fi, they have to have a decent battery charge to do that.
