How can I get my Magic Sing Mic to work?
I asked my cousin to buy me the Magic Sing Mic WOW Fiesta 2009 when she went to the Philippines last Christmas.
When she gave the mic to me, we had everything set up (Filo to an Australian adapter) and followed the instructions properly but the power on the mic doesn't work.
I've already had my mum's friend and my cousin's friend looked at it and it just doesn't work. Anyways we sent it back to the Philippines to get it fixed, my other cousin took it to get it fixed said their was nothing wrong with it.
She took it to the store and it worked there, even at her home, so anyways... if it works in the Philippines why doesn't it power up in Australia? I'm only guessing but.. has the company only made it to play only in the Philippines?
My best guess is this is an NTSC/PAL issue. Look at the manual and make sure it is set to PAL when you are using it in Australia.
