how can i make my p.a. system use condensor mic's?
i have a yamaha stagepass 300 p.a. system. it does not have phantom power built into it. is there a way i can make my p.a. system use condensor mic's?

You have a couple options. One is to buy condenser mics that can run off a battery. The other is to buy an external phantom power supply to plug the mic into, then run it to the mixer. If you haven't bought any condenser mics yet, I would say just find some the can run off an internal battery. For the price (around $90, last time I checked), the Shure PG81 sounds decent for a live drum overhead and can run off batteries.
