Has high weeds on lot which could conceal vermin. Leaves large structures outside which hold water and attract mosquitoes. Parks vehicles, which block view of intersection. It would be a full time job keeping after this person. Any legal ideas? To vent: It is a shame that this business is not held accountable, as other businesses elsewhere in this town appear to be much neater.

Complaining to the city you are in does have an effect, albeit sometimes slow. The owner will be fined periodically with tenacious complaints and these fees will accumulate and eventually turn into liens on the property if not resolved. Recently in my city the local newspaper published a list of property owners in default of such fines that added up to over 17 million dollars which encompassed mostly lazy homeowners, but the businesses that were listed, reacted quickly.
