Sounds like a burst pipe. Turn the water off, and notify your supervisor and facility manager. If it is a pipe for the fire protection system, you would also need to notify the company that does the maintenance and up keep on that system. You may be required to notify the fire department, depending upon your State's law, and local ordinance.
