How Can I connect my phone to a stereo?

I have a nortel phone, I have been able to connect my portable phone (panasonic) via the headset line. I want to be able to make announcements for some reason through the page button. The problem is that there is only a phone jack going out the back of the phone, I have speakers all over my house. Is there any kind of adapter I can buy to make this work???
