some people here on answers says vista ultimate rocks.
most of the vista problems on here are home premium.
Also consider 2 x 19 inch screens, specially if you are studying. 2 screens are great for college. In saying that, your video card needs to be able to drive 2 screens.
Probably 2 x 19 will be cheaper than 1 x 22.
just something to think about.
