Advice on choosing a portable tablet laptop?

I interested in purchasing a new laptop pc tablet. I am a university student and having something that is light weight and portable for typing notes is ideal. At the same time, I am a digital artist and am really interested in having a laptop with a pressure sensitive pen and interactive interface. I need a CD drive to install programs and such, seems like a nuisance not to have one.

These features are very important to me:

Pen sensitivity in image programs (Like Photoshop and Painter)
Light weight
CD Drive built in
At least 100 GB hard drive
Flippable type (Must have keyboard)

I really want one that isn't just a screen and tablet interface, it needs to have a keyboard too. So what asking for help deciding on a tablet laptop that suits my needs.

Is there anyone else with needs similar to mine who owns one and can give me a review? What's recommended? What troubles do current tablet laptop owners deal with?
