How to take care of you laptop power cord and battery?
I bought a new computer about a year ago and every few months the power cord would stop working (it short-circuits or something.). I've gone through 3 power cords already. The third one stopped working last night. I was told that the laptop battery was probably involved. So I'm wondering, what are some things I can do to extend the life of my laptop power cord and battery and in general how am I suppose to take care of the power cord and battery?
For the power cord, make sure you just unplug it if you aren't using it. The power cord typically does not just "die". It was made bad.
