How do you make each channel on a Behringer xenyx 1622fx mixing desk appears as a searate input in Logic pro?
I have this mixing desk and i am trying to record my drums. I'm finding it hard to get each mic to show up seperatly in Logic Pro (the software i'm using) so i can edit each track. Any ideas on how i can do this? thanks
You cannot do it with your current equipment - sorry.
You at least need an USB interface with enough inputs for each mic you want to record. That will get expensive.
An easier way to go it to record your drums with fewer mics. See this great free book from Shure on recording drums. You don't need to mic every drum to get a good sound:
