Protective Carrying
is he too protective because he blames his self for the loss of our first baby ?
I miss carried a baby that was 3 months old just over a month and a half ago now and i have recently just found out that i am actually carrying again, am not far into my pregnancy but when i told my partner he started to get very protective making sure i don't miss out on meals and makes me drink all the time but only healthy drinks and food my partner took it very hard when we lost the baby and he wasn't acting how he is now could this be his way of saying sorry to our baby because he could not stop it from going i have asked family members and they have just said its normal for dads to do that but my boyfriend has never been like that in till now is he too protective because he could not protect our first baby ?

My boyfriend does the same thing, always asking what i've eaten and making sure i've eaten/drunk enough....even cooking for me and making sure i get to fall straight into bed as soon as i get back from work.
I've had a bit of trouble with my pregnancy so he also has to spend all his days trying to calm me down and reassure me too.
I think we are lucky to have such attentive caring boyfriends.they are a rare thing to come by!
Also, its his way of playing a part in your pregnancy and shows he wants to be involved as much as possible. and cares for you both.
