Can anyone tell me what the benefits and hours are for a store manager at Radio Shack?

I would really like to know how a store manager is compensated at radio shack in terms of the benefits he/she receive and the amount of hours that they need to put into a given week. Also any feedback on whether or not you enjoyed the position would be appreciated.
