I am looking for a song... please help me!?

Hello... I am looking for a singer (or maybe band?) and one of their songs i would like to have. I can't remember the name of the song, so maybe someone can help me out by describing it...

The band has a blond leadsinger, very short hairr (somehow looked a little like Pink). I'm not sure if it even is a band so maybe it's just her The video looks like its from the 80ies or 90ies and in the video on some scenes she is singing in front of a cross. I think there is some kids in some scenes in the video too... and I think the video was mainly black and white? That's all I can remember
