‘Unparliamentary language’ lowers Senate’s stature — Tatad
Former Sen. Francisco “Kit” Tatad yesterday expressed his strong concern for the stature of the Senate which recently became the focus of blistering criticisms as well as calls for its abolition after a senator resorted to gutter language during deliberations on the controversial C-5 road extension project.
