Easy way to set speaker balance in Vista?
Is there another, easier way to set the speaker balance other than having to click on more than 5 windows to get to the speaker balance (i.e. Control Panel, Sounds, Speaker, Advanced, then setting the balance)? I have some video files where I need to set the balance in order to listen to the correct audio track (2 different tracks) and it is more difficult (and hidden) than I remember with XP.

No there isn't, I'm sorry to say Vista restricts you to that.
