How do I get my old stereo system to work with my LCD TV and PS3?
I have this old stereo system with a 5 CD changer, tape deck, radio, etc... It's from the 90s, so it can only connect with composite cables. I'm able to connect it to my TV, but how would I get the sound to work since I connect to my HD dish receiver and PS3 with an HDMI cable?
Most LCD Tvs have an rca audio output. I would just connect everything to the tv and connect the audio output to the stereo. You should go through the options on your TV and make sure audio out is enabled and the built in speakers are turned off.
