Does a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition calculator contain a CAS system in it?

I've been working on summer homework for a class, and I ran across the CAS for the first time in this homework. After some research, I found that i was a computer algebra system, and that some TI calculators contained them. The calculator I own is a TI-84 Plus Silver edition, and I need to know if that has a CAS in it or not, and how I can access it. Thanks!

Note that: there's no CAS in the TI-84 Plus series. The only ones that do have CAS are the TI-89 (Titanium), TI-92 (Plus)/Voyage 200, and TI-Nspire CAS.
