my technics turntable left channel is not working?

i don't know if its the white aux cable or if the problem is in the tonearm. im not sure whether to buy a replacement tonearm or replace the aux cable. OR MAYBE THE PROBLEM IS SOMETHING ELSE, i know that its not the needles because i tried that already. does any one know why the left channel isn't working? please help... THANKS

I had a similar problem with my computer speakers, and tried about everything I could to fix the problem.
I ended up, getting a Q-tip and some Isopropyl Alcohol and cleaning both the male end of the aux cable and the hole, and that worked for me, great.
Also make sure, you are plugged into the right connection. Same with your speakers. Make sure they are tight and clean, and hopefully that will work for you, as it did for me.
