Need to know if my Phillips HD, model number 30pw8420/37 has an internal digital tuner. Getting rid of cable.?
I am getting rid of cable and need to know if my Phillips HD, model number 30pw8420/37 tv has an internal digital tuner. I was told is should but when I unplugged the cable and switched it from cable to antenna I got nothing but blue screen. Am I doing something wrong?
That TV doesn't have a digital (ATSC) tuner. You'll need to get an external ATSC tuner of some kind. While the digital converter boxes will work, they won't give you HD.
