Where can i find a fragmented video player?

I have some visualization movie files in a folder on my desktop, but their fragmented files that are missing some pieces. Thats not much of a problem as its a visualization anyway, but i try to play them in GOM Player and it pauses the scene for every fragment of video that is missing. I want to know if there is anything like GOM Player i can download that can play fragmented movie files without the pauses?
