Is it possible to change my computer's processor and video card?

Model: VGN-CR240NB, Intel Core 2 Duo, ...
I want to play PC Games smoothly!
I want to replace my processor with Intel Core Extreme and my video card with nVIDIA 9800!
Please help me!

From what I can tell your computer is a 14 inch Sony laptop. You may be able to upgrade the processor but it would have to be the same type that is already in it and I doubt you can upate the video card. Sorry.
