Is it safe to use a 50 watt European power adapter with a Mac?

I am moving to Norway for 5 months and the Mac has a 60 watt power supply, but most stores only sell 50 watt adapters. Is it safe to use it this way? Also, I think my computer is 100-240V and Europe is apparently 220-240, so do I need a converter as well?

If your computer is 100-240V, it will handle any voltage worldwide that is within that range without the need for a converter or transformer. All you will need is a simple plug adapter so that the prongs will fit the outlet..
