how can i convert a 50 watt bass amp into portable battery powered one for cheap?

quite specific, and pleese dont say "google it" cos ive searched.

Two ways.

First, convert the electronics to work directly off of battery. If it is a solid state amplifier, it won't be too hard. If it uses other than 12V, you may need multiple batteries, or to build a converter or multiple converters.

Second, would be to get an inverter with adequate capacity to power the amp. You likely want a 300 watt or more inverter.

In either case, you will want enough battery capacity to run it for as long as you need to, and have a choice in batteries that will supply the demand current you need to run the amplifier.
