15 watt bass amp next to 15 watts RMS sub woofer?
I want to put my Logitech 15 watt RMS sub woofer next to my 15 watt bass amp. Will I have any problems because of the maggnetic fields created by the magnets inside the speakers?

I wouldn't worry about the power of the amp/speakers. There is not much power there.
You will generally notice interference from the permanent magnet first. The magnetic fields are most noticeable when magnets are placed near CRT monitors or TVs. They cause the electron beam to be distorted and colors to be incorrect in the area of the magnetic lines of flux.
Since old TVs are easy to come by, and often land in the dump, get a magnet and play with distorting the screen image by holding the magnet near it. Any semi-permanent distortion usually goes away when the TV is turned on from being cold once or twice.
