what kind of amp is best for me if i get a Dual - 12" 1100-Watt 4-Ohm Enclosed Dual Subwoofer System?

This product is selling at best buy. So idk what kind of amp im needing for this, does 1100 watt mean 1100 watts to each sub, or splits it in half like 550 watts to each subwoofer. Is the amp all i need for this system? Please go check the product out and help me.
