How many watts does an average wall mounted 1br apt radiator use to keep the temp at about 70?

Excuse my question if it is totally off, in this case I am assuming that a radiator uses wattage the same way a PC power supply or amplifier would...
And being that it is 28 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors

there are too many things to consider for that answer...

You would need the cubic feet of the area to be heated, the voltage you are using and the amperage of the radiator, which would be based on the chord size....not to mention how well insulated the apt is....whether or not you are upstairs or downstairs(heat rises) and whether or not the downstairs apt is running there heater..

basically the best way to tell is, look at your electric meter with everything in the apt off except for your heater and then watch how many watts it uses in..... say, 10 min, and multiply times 6 for and hourly figure. If your looking for monthly or weekly then figure the hours in a month or week and go from there.

If it were me i would flip all breakers except the one that runs the radiator to "make sure" nothing is running when you check the numbers at the meter.
