92 Isuzu rodeo, the clutch pedal has to be pushed almost all the way to the floor before engageing. Advice?
The clutch pedal has to be pushed almost all the way to the floor before engaging. Also has some trouble going into 1st or Reverse sometimes. Started to grind a little when putting into reverse. I noticed the grinding the same time I noticed the pedal problem. problems seemed to happen all of a sudden, without warning. Everything that I have read points to possibly the Slave or the Master Cylinder. Any advice/help? I hope to be able to repair myself.
there should be an adjustment at the slave cylinder. if that is not enough you may need to replace the clutch disc.
